9:00pm – Night ride – Check Whatsapp for Live Location on all rides for GPS location

10:30 AM Staff and Planning Committee “Event Space” Set up
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Staging of vendors to prepare for order of set up.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Early Arrival Vendors / Large Vendor Setup (Contact Mark Maillet to make arrangements)
9:00 PM – No Loud Music/No Bass at Event Hotel Location (If you can hear sound 50 feet away, too loud)
Thursday April 9th, 2026
7:00 AM till 1:00PM – Vendor Setup (Vendors must be open by 1:00pm)
12:30 PM – Vendor / Sponsor Meeting (Main Tent)
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Vendors Open / Food Vendors Open and Registration Desk Open
1:00 PM – Ride Planning and Safety Tips Seminar
1:30 PM – Organized Group Ride (2 Hour Ride Estimated)
4:00 PM – Welcome Party – Meet and Greet
6:00 PM – Organized Group Ride – (3 Hour Ride)
10:00 PM – No Loud Music/No Bass at Event Hotel Location (If you can hear sound 50 feet away, too loud)

3:00 PM – Team/Group/Crew Spirit Parade Entrance
3:10 PM – Exhaust Competition
3:30 PM – Audio Competition contestant Slingshot Inspection
4:30 PM – Audio Competition by Sling Experience – Flyweight, Featherweight, Lightweight & Super Lightweight will compete
7:10 PM – Lighting Contestants check in Main Tent
7:30 PM – Lighting Competition
8:30 PM – Audio Battle – Rep Your Roots – Sonesta Essential Hotel
9:30 PM – Night Ride – 1st Stop Gas, Ride Around town Texans Stadium, Washington Ave, Downtown, Midtown, (3 Hour Ride Estimated)

1:00 PM – Show & Shine Setup/Slingshot Staging in Main Slingshot Parking Area (Everyone in event space is entered) (Judging Starts at 3PM)
2:00 PM – Audio Competition contestant Slingshot Inspection
3:00 PM – Clarity Audio Competition
4:00 PM – Organized Group Ride ( 2 Hour Ride Estimated)
4:00 PM – Audio Competition by Sling Experience – Welterweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight will compete
4:00 PM – Silent Auction, Raffle Prizes – Live Auction to raise funds for Slingin for a Cure PBTF Raffles, Supporting Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
7:00 PM – Show and Shine Awards & Recognition Awards.
7:30 PM – Sling Experience Grand Champion Awarded from Competitions
8:30 PM – News Announcement
9:00 PM – Massive Night Ride – (3 Hour Ride Estimated)

Sunday April 12th, 2026
8:00 AM Registration Desk Open in Main Tent till Noon (Pick up merch before 11AM)
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Vendors Open
9:30 AM – Audio Grudge Matches – Parking Lot Pimping “Sunday Funday”
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Food Vendors Open
11:00 AM – Remaining Raffle Prizes drawing
3:00 PM – Vendors Close and begin to pack up.
3:00 PM – Official Event Ends, Safe Travels
