Personal Tent Space is for a single space to place up to a 10 x 10 pop up tent for shade / covering, which will be either in the grass area or at the Springhill Suites hotel. You may park your Slingshot under this tent, or use it for shade and seating if desired.
Please see an event coordinator at main tent upon arrival to check in and secure your location. For safety reasons and due to the high volume of vendors expected, personal tents will not be allowed in our primary gated event space at the Sonesta Essential hotel. You can park your slingshot under this tent or use the shade for seating. Sling Experience event coordinator will direct you to the area where Personal Tents are to be set up. Personal tents cannot have branding and be used to promote any businesses, without authorization. Personal tents must be heavily secured, subject to inspection by our team, and in case of high winds, you may be asked to take down or lower your tent for safety reasons. No personal tents will be allowed at Sling Experience host hotel and event space without explicit permission.
Personal Tent Space Ticket is Non-Transferable/Not available to re-sell this Ticket. If you can not attend contact Sling Experience by email with your order number by email to Houston@slingexperience.org.
Anyone requiring a personal tent space larger than 10×20 must contact us directly and make special arrangements in advance, subject to availability.
