Trailer and support vehicle parking will be at an offsite location listed on the website at one of the Paid Airport parking lots –  Only Slingshots allowed in the event space. We are looking for some Vendor Support Vehicles that will help us block an are of parking lot with vehicles that won’t move during the event. Let us know if you have a tow truck or van that can do this in the Grass Area of Sonesta Essential

Event Sponsor and Vendor Booth Spaces

When reviewing the event prospects for 2024 please keep in mind the following.

• Platinum Sponsors get premium booth location and additional perks over Gold Sponsor or being a vendor booth space.
• Gold Sponsors will be placed on concrete in main event space. Not every vendor space can be placed closest to the main tent, if this is important to you please consider the Platinum Sponsorship. Although there really is not a bad place to be at our event, Slingshot owners and future owners will be everywhere at the event spaces during the 4 Day Sling Experience in Houston, TX! 
• Gold Sponsor gives you great exposure at a value level! See details on prospectus and include up to a 40×20 booth. You can add more booth space as well for a 25% Discount on the additional space.
• In order to sponsor competitions or other a-la-cart sponsorship opportunities you also must have a booth space.
• All Vendors and Sponsors will be listed on our site for the duration of the year with your company name, a short description and your phone number. Sponsors also get the logo displayed and clickable link to your website.

First come, first serve, book early (We are expected to sell out booth space). Booth and Sponsor prices are for the entire 4 day event. Vendors must be set up by 12pm on Thursday April 11th, 2024 and cannot dismantle till event end at 4pm on Sunday April 14th, 2024.  Contact us ASAP at houston@slingexperience.org.  Sling Experience is a Rain or Shine Event. All vendors will receive a promotional announcement post encouraging attendees to book appointments and check out your latest goods or services.  In addition, all vendors and sponsors are encouraged to promote your presence at the event as much as possible, for maximum exposure.  Due to strict space limitations, please stay within your allotted square footage / space, an Event Coordinator will periodically check your area. All Non Slingshot Vehicles must be outside the event area. One booth space per company, No booth sharing.  Vendors will setup at the host hotel, with several dedicated  hours each day of  “unplanned official rides”, to be used for vendor / customer interaction. Event officially ends Sunday at 4pm.  Tearing down early could result in fines or other disciplinary actions. Vendors & Sponsors are responsible for electricity ie: Generators for on-site power and/or covering if desired ie: Tent for your booth space. If you would like contact info for Tent or Generator costs, please let us know and we can get you what is needed. If you are having a tent company set up for you.
