Graffiti Photo Ride

Join Danna and Storm as we go explore more amazing photo opportunities in the Houston area!  Exact stops TBD, follow the WhatsApp Group for details!

RIDE TIPS AND OTHER RIDE ANNOUNCEMENTS

Please try to obey all traffic laws, and ride safely.  Be aware of your surroundings at all times.

All routes and rides may include some traffic, construction, or other un-planned inconveniences.  Make the most of every moment, and enjoy the ride!

Please try to fill up on gas before each ride.  View the ride details for each ride, to know if there will be fuel stops or not.

If we pause and slow down on a major road, please stay in your Slingshots, we are most likely slowing down to allow others to catch up.  Too many people getting out of their Slingshots may create more large gaps when we start rolling again.  Also try to leave one lane open on the left side for other traffic to get past our group.

When all else fails, just catch us at the next Rally Point.  Follow us on WhatsApp to get details on the next stop.

We take it slow at the front of the line, to allow the back of the line to catch up.

Try to keep it tight and not leave large gaps in our line.  This helps the entire group stay together.  When you have “escorts” blocking traffic, please get through the intersection quickly and safely.

Ride your ride.  If you feel uncomfortable, please drop to the rear.

Do not pass up the ride leader without permission.  This is to avoid others accidentally following you.  If you need to break off from the group, please drop to the end of the line.

If you are familiar with our ride route, and are interested in assisting as a Road Captain for a specific ride you may be on, please talk to your ride leader for that specific ride.

Look out for hand signals, specifically one, two, or three fingers to indicate how many lanes we should occupy.  Sometimes it makes more sense to get into one lane, sometimes it makes more sense to spread out across lanes.

Take care of your fellow Slingers.  If you see someone with an issue, and no one else has stopped to help them yet, please check on them to make sure they are OK.  The entire group does not need to stop, and the ride leader will attempt to keep the ride moving on schedule.

Most important of all have fun and ride safely!!!!
